The Western Raptors Rugby Club is no different from any other not for profit organisation. Our club have costs to run and operate and exists solely on our membership fees, club social events and the generosity of our sponsors.

Player Fees for 2024:

• Grade $300
• Women’s $300

It costs the club an approx. $30,000.00 a season to operate 3 teams, so please be mindful that your fees are essential to the survival of our rugby club. You will not find cheaper fees than what we offer at the Raptors.

Fees cover:

• Polo, shorts n socks
• Jersey sets
• Medical insurances and insurances for the club
• Associated rugby equipment
• Field cost, Council Fees and rates, and electricity costs
• SRU/NSW affiliation fees for entry of competition

Club Policies on fees:

• Club fees can be paid in full or with a payment plan arranged with the club Treasurer
• Deadline for fees will be R4 of the competition or via a payment plan as above.
• Failure to pay in full or via our payment options will result in the player not receiving any player kit or club apparel.
• Players not financial will not be covered under the clubs insurance (any injuries sustained is at the players expense)
• Non-financial players will also miss out on game time.

The success of the club is dependent on the organisation of it’s committee, along with the voluntary help of it’s players, supporters and families. Without that support, we would struggle to run our game day operations and the club would not survive without you, so thank you for your continued support.
